I would never recommend anyone to live here! Looks aren't everything! Management is always hard to contact, maintenance sucks!!! You have to wait one month for anything to get fixed. Michelle Cassata is the rudest and most heartless person you could ever know! Jennifer B. is so unprofessional. I recommend everyone who even thinks of moving in to make sure you get someone to check all the mold that is in the apartment. I guess you get what you pay for!!!!!!!

I have to agree with this post on the horrible management. Michelle Cassata is the most ruthless, miserable woman I have ever came in contact with. If her husband was smart he would have gotten rid of her a long time ago. She is very bad for his business. As far as Jennifer is concerned, there is hope for her. Unfortunately, she has been trained by her sister Michelle. Michelle has completely ruined her! Next time you are in the office- ask if Michelle and Jennifer haven't gotten into anymore "professional brawls" in the office.

It sound to me like who ever wrote this review about michelle and jennifer must be a co-worker to mention about and in house Brawl! Sounds like a scorned co-worker...probably the terrible miserable receptionist or stupid maintenance personell! I think Jennifer has been trained by a pro in the business...been a resident of not only Victorian Gardens, but of other locations owned and managed by this firm...You people need to get a life and move out where you seem to be unhappy...if you even live there?
