I want to thank everyone that left the reviews on Victorian Gardens. I went to look at apartment there and thought the complex was very nice. Almost decided to rent there. Then I went home and read how much everyone HATES the place. Thank God they never responded to my phone message that I left about being interested in moving there. I am moving into Saddle Rock this weekend. I want to thank everyone for opening my eyes and letting me make a big mistake.

I've lived here for over a year, and have not had any of the problems that people routinely "post" in this website.

I think eventually you might leave Saddlerock and reconsider listening to obvously people who are negative..You should never listen to negative reviews, for those people are obviously unhappy for the wrong reasons. I was taught to always put myself on the other side, never stand in judgement, and be a leader...I have been a resident since the opening and I can honestly say, none of these reviews are true to facts, people are slandering the mgmt staff for obvious personal reasons...most likely they were in violation of their terms...The owners take part unlike any other owners of property I have known in other complex's, and yes some maint staff members have proven to come and go,,,but obviously mgmt makes that happen due to their possible incompitence!!! Most of my neighbors have been here for 5-9 years obviously for the right reasons and it appears the newer residents who other have named trash, have violated the short term dog allowance..Yeah to Mgmt for kicking them out...Certainly not heartless, but good business people who care overall about their properties and look at the big pictures..They have been around for a long time so they must be doing something right!
