I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START THE ANTS IN YOUR APARTMENT IN THE SPRING/SUMMER OR COLD WATER AND RUNNING TOILETS IN THE WINTER.FIRRST YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. THE RUGS ARE NOT BRAND NEW. AND THE WALLS ARENT SOUNDPROOF.THE STAFF IS BY FAR THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ,BITCHY ATTITUDES AND FRANKLY ALL THEY WANT IS YOU $$$ THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILIES SAFETY.THEY ARE JUST BAD PEOPLE THAT BELONG BEHIND BARS.BACK TO THE COMMUNITY ITS NOT GATED THERES NO SECURITY. I RECCOMMEND HAVING 2 ALARMS IN YOUR CAR BECAUSE YOU WILL GET ROBBED. BEHIND THE DEVELOPMENT IS A LANDFILL SO I HOPE YOUR OKAY WITH THE SMELL OF ----. MAINTENCE CANT FIX A LIGHTBULB. MY CHILDS ROOM IS FREEZING THE HEATING IS THE WORST NO WONDER ITS FREE AND THEY DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY CHILD HAD TO SLEEP IN MY ROOM ALL WINTER JUST SO SHE COULD STAY ALIVE AND IM NOT KIDDING.ITS WAS FREEZING. THE SHOWER WATER IS NOT ALWAYS HOT. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IN YOUR APARTMENT THE DO HALF ASS PATCH UP JOBS. YOU WILL REGRET IT! DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE. I CAN GO ON AND ON HERE .THE BLINDS ARE 15YRS OLD AND THEY DO NOT REPLACE. THEY MONITOR WHO COMES IN AND OUT OF YOUR APARTMENT. YOU DONT HAVE A KEY ITS A MAGNET. DISASTER. THERE IS 0 PARKING MY CAR HAS BEEN HIT 2 TIMES ALREADY.AND THE RENT SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE YOU MAIL YOUR CHECK IN AND AT LEAST 1 TIME A YEAR THEY TELL YOU THEY DIDNT GET IT. SO THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA MONEY $200 EXTRA FOR A LATE FEE.UNREAL CRIMINALS!!!HEY IF YOU MAKE THIS MISTAKE I WILL SEE YOU ON HERE COMPLAINING TO. HOPEFULLY YOU LISTEN HERE.DONT BE FOOLED BY THEM. IT WILL COST YOU$$

This is the most insane review...I have been a resident and understand the landlord/tenant relationship! You on the otherhand obviously seem just miserable with everything and expect too much! Victorian Gardens takes care of their property more than most landlords. I have never in over 9 years experienced problems with water, bad attitudes, they never had security, maintenance is no different than most places, there is no landfill""Do you even know the difference, the new key system is security by the way....there is more than ample parking, you obviosly are lazy to walk and rent is due, if your late thats your fault not the landlord....Try Fairfield, they wont tolerate nor even answer the phone you or your negative comments...I would live here as long as they would renew me...Mgmt and owners take an active role in tolerating alot of residents who apparantly are silly....Why dont you move if its that bad...You need luck...maybe your next landlord will evict you for being stupid!

lol... you obviously work for the place because all you have to do is ask your neighbors how they feel and ii think they will agree with me as i have spoke to many of them. nice try though maybe you will fool someone but eventually it will all catch up with you.

i definitly agree you must work for them... i lived there 10 years ago when they first opened.. and every complaint that i have read so far are all the same complaints that i had way back then... the funny thing is that we tought it had to be because they just opened and management was overwhelmed.... i guess that wasnt the case. They were extremly rude.. never helpful... the smell from the waste dump thing across the street is unbearable... omg and the maintance people would take for ever!!!! and there are no such office hours.. they are never there. Im surprized they are still in business. funny story.. they actually sued me and my roomate for not paying rent.. we would put two cks in a sealed envoploe and drop it in the overflowing mailbox for the office.. they claimed that they only recieved one.. so they sued us. we called numerous times and they refused to talk to us.. told us we had to talk to there lawyer.. we went to court and there were 11 people in the complex that victorian gardens was sueing for the same reason... it got thrown out. lol worst place ever!!!!!! RUN RUN RUN... o and if u do read a good review it must be from someone that works there.
