Unlike other apt complexes, Victorian Gardens Mgmt makes hard efforts to maintain a beautiful complex. I must admit, many more families with unattended children have made the mgmt team take a run for their money and the parents should tend to their loved one instead of expecting mgmt to take care of their mischief! The grounds sometimes appear to have sprinkler issues , but I will say, children and adults running all over the grass tend to cause damage which in the big picture creates added burden and expense to the owners...I have no major problems to complain of and have been satisfied for 5 years now...Why dont the unhappy people find a new home, maybe mgmt can never satisfy 100% but they try harder than others I have experienced!! Thumbs up to the staff!! Thumbs down to negative people

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who is "satisfied" with Victorian Gardens. Hey, it's not perfect, but judging from what I've seen, most of the problems (overflowing dumpsters, broken gate barriers, etc.) are caused by the tenants NOT the management. I have no major problems with the place, and I've lived there over a year, and just signed a 15 month renewal.

well I've been here four years and had another repair done last week. i was surprised to hear that the regular maintenance man was fired. he was polite and seemed to know what he was doing. but that is never good enough. since I've been here I've met five supers come and go. good luck to the new guy he's going to need it. maybe they should change management instead of workers.

My advice to the ones who love it>youmust be a slob just like the apartment itself>>do you look around your ------ cheap vibrating air cond lately>the window sashe (MOLD)did youlook in the corners of the closets (MOLD)if you know your down stairs neighbor>have them check these areas>dangerous unhelathy MOLD>MOLD MILDEW ANTS NO PARKING ------- NEIGHBORS RUDE MANAGEMENT NO PARKING MOLD RUDE CHEAPEST APPLIANCES THIN WALLS
