Ok, so, I have read through a few of the reviews and I have to say there are definately SOME misrepresentations. I am a current resident and here is my true story. We were charged $350 to refurbish the apartment which we LOVED when we saw the model. Key word, MODEL! We asked to see the actual apartment and were told they could not show us. That should have been a red flag to us, but we were so impressed with the place we figured it was fine. We moved in and no joke, the apartment was a disgusting mess. The floors were dirty, the paint was wet on the walls with a nasty smell, the rugs were all marked up and the paint had dripped onto the doors, floors, appliances, windows and rugs. When we arrived to inspect the apartment, we were flabbergasted to notice all of the things that were off that were supposed to be fixed using our $350 refurbishing fee. To their credit, they sent over a crew on the spot to fix everything. After they left, we then attempted to make lunch. The stove wasn't working. Tried the microwave, you guessed it, broken. How about laundry' NOPE, washer was broken too! I mean, really' REALLY' Ok, again, they came and fixed it on THEIR time. Good luck dealing with Jennifer! UNREAL! Not enough parking, thin walls, noisy neighbors, condoms in the parking lot, run down facilities, broken gym, overflowing garbage, horrendous neighbors! I could go on and on. I would suggest moving somewhere else. Now, most people would say, why stay' At this point, with the economy the way it is, we are just sucking it up until we can get a house. My advice, go elsewhere and pay more to deal with a better place. Management is a joke! Good luck with any issues you have. You will be ignored. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

They charge you $350 to refurbish the apartment when you sign up. Also, the neighbors are horrendous. You have people who play music at all times of the night. They are rude, mean, and do not respect people's right to have quiet. Good luck with this place.

It doesn't make sense that they would charge YOU to refurbish an apartment that you were moving into, that should have been paid by the previous tenants security...you got scammed. Good luck trying to get your security back when you do decide to move out, we lived there for five years and left the place immaculate but they still tried to keep our security, it wasn't until we had a lawyer friend call and send a letter telling them to give our security back or there will be legal action against them. My advice: If they try to keep your security find a lawyer friend and have him do the same. Good luck.
