I have visited a friend who lives in an apartment here, and I live in the surrounding area. Honestly the only complaint I have would be the garbage transfer station across the street. This apartment complex gives the most for the money in a nice area, you will not find all of the luxuries (pool, gym) in any other place in a decent area for the price. Parking is not bad, and you must be lazy if you find walking 10 feet at the most strenuous. As I read through the complaints, I find it ridiculous what some people are complaining about. Apartments are always going to be noisy, any apt I have ever been in can be noisy. I would check out these apartments before the negative reviews turn you away.

I agree>she must be a relative>it sucks there as it does most Suffolk complexes>know this and you will be ahead of the game>Victorian Gardens is full of mold,cheap appliances, noisy to the point where you hear your neighbors having sex!dont get a new car there>you will find it scratch from kids playing on it

Hey done4ever you must be one of the many tenants here that are low class. How many people park in handicap spaces, don't throw there garbage in the dumpster and drive like maniacs through the stop signs. I have been here for 5 yrs and have no complaints except for the parking. Michele Cassetta is very nice to talk to and so is her office staff. Mold has never been an issue for me and for the many neighbors that I am friendly with.
