i have lived here several years only because i dont know where else to go. myself & about 3 neighbors all moved in the same year on the $1398.00 special for 2 years. when my 2 years were up my rent was raised to $1575.00 which was quite a jump and they would not allow me to sign for 2 years. 2 neighbors got to stay at the $1398.00 for another 2 years! and another neighbor got raised to $1650.00 for 1 year! no rhyme or reason. its a shame cause i am a single mom & work 6 days a week. not that that should matter but even calling them doesnt matter. whatever mood they are in thats how it goes. whenever you do call for maintenance they try to blame the tenant. my toilet kept overflowing cause it was never correctly fixed and they said if water damage was caused i would have to pay, crazy! the shame is that is is a very pretty place to live but wish the prices were more reasonable. office staff quite mean. luckily for most this is just a place they are passing thru. i think i am stuck:(
