We have lived her for about 6 months so far, there was no 350 charge when we first moved in, and with he exception of a nick in the sink that they noted, and one burner on the stove not workitng (that they fixed same day), we cannot complain. We have a loud walking upstairs neighbor, but not a big deal. Parking has not been an issue, and the grounds are kept nice.....geese are geese, what can you really do about it' lol. So far we are very happy with the place with the big exception being that the front gates are never lowered it seems, so they shouldnt be advertising as a "gated" community. Other than that, it was the best option of the 10 or so similar places in the area.
