Going downhill - I have lived in OFV since 1990. In the past 4 years there have been approx 5 managers. The apartments still have the 1970s appliances, and murals in the hallways. Fed up with Manager I love the sizes of these apartments. I love amenities included. I am pleased by the quick responce of the maintence. On the other hand some changes need to be made in Management. The Manager of this complex is intimidating and down right rude. Too many rules are being added

Old Falls Village Management has changed hands a few times. I still haven't received my Security Deposit back after 10 weeks. Rules regarding common areas are not well enforced. Roofing upgrades were made however construction/repairs sometimes goes unfinished making the place some what unsafe.

I miss this complex I wish I didnt have to move to Ohio. This is the best complex I have ever lived in. Friendly staff. Great little community not too far from Rochester. Buildings are a little old but still kept up very well. If i move back to New York I would want to live there again.
