We took over 204 of the 272 units here at Hyde Park Condos and we have been renovating. All of our units have new carpeting, new tile, & newer appliances, and some even have new cabinets. We have on-site laundry with all new machines and are hoping to have the pool open soon. We also offer 24 hour maintenance and our office staff is here 5 days a week to assist you.
