I started living here about a year ago. About 6 months into me living here I was rudely woken up by a mantanace man enter my apartment while I WAS SLEEPING. After he told me he wasn?t leaveing then finally left. I went to the rental office and the rude rude rude rude rude management office told me that in my lease I signed it said they could enter without my premission. My family has been in real estate sense I was little so I called our lawyer need less to say they aren?t allowed to enter even if it was in the lease.



Also the light in my bathroom was leaking water from the upstairs apartment. They were going to assign parking 5 months ago. Guess what, no parking yet. No light in the dark mail room . Back buildings have the worse of worse tentants screaming out the window and honking horns all night long.



The apartments are small. Overpriced and the rental office acts like they are doing you a favor every time you call them. These apartments are just simple not worth it. Everyone I know who has lived here has hated it and i'm in the "nicest" apartments.
