Love Royal Crest! I moved to Royal Crest a little over a year ago with my daughter. I absolutely love living there. My apartment is extremely spacious. The maintenance men are very responsive when there is a problem, and the grounds are well maintained.

New Owners since 8/1/02 We took over 204 of the 272 units here at Hyde Park Condos and we have been renovating. All of our units have new carpeting, new tile, & newer appliances, and some even have new cabinets. We have on-site laundry with all new machines and are hoping to have the pool open

I liked it. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a terrace in Building 3. I thought it was really nice. My apartment was well kept, and had new everything. It did get noisy sometimes from all the renovations going on in the place.

This place is a joke The walls are paper thin. I hear the girl upstairs having sex at 2 am and then hear her cry just as much. Then they call the cops on you for playing music for 10 minutes at 9pm on a Friday night.
A water main broke in the laundry room and flooded parts of my living room.

Dont ever live their I lived at the ledges for 2yrs and this is the worst place to live. Most of the people the lived their was college students that has no respect for the quiet time thats in the lease. the floor are not insulated, so you can here every thing that is happening in the apartment

terrible...... HORRIBLE..... DUMPY I lived there for one year and only one year. Right from the begin it was terrible. The apartment we were shown was not the apartment we got. Much smaller. MUCH smaller...They have you move in on the weekends with no staff available to help you.
