Great Landlord & unbelievable PRIVACY - This house was great, we lived here for 3 years before buying our own home after we saved. The landlord is absent, in a good way. He gives you total privacy and doesn't bother you in the least. You have total reign over the entire house. He doesn't stop by unannounced, doesn't hover over every little thing you do inside.
