I rented an apartment at Brooklane, which is operated by Ithaca Apartment Management LLC. They own Lansing West and Candlewyk Park. The landlord has never returned my security deposit of $725. The leasing agent has not responded to a letter or telephone calls. They have held my security deposit for 66 days, in violation of the lease I signed which required returning the deposit within 30 days after move-out.
