Great place but a rip-off when you leave!!!!

W really enjoyed staying here , the place is nice i.e. its nice for the price you pay... which is one of the highest in the Ithaca area. But when you leave the deduct 75$ per bedroom for cleaning and 125-150 for carpet cleaning and 20-25 for replacing gas burners, all this goes from your security deposit. This is standard for all tenants!!!!!! i think this is extortion. Ive lived at other locations in ithaca too and other landlords dont do such things.
