Horrible experience DO NOT RENT HERE. Once you leave they will rip you off and try to charge you for any little thing they can. The management is friendly, until you try to leave. The walls and floors are very thin so expect to hear constant noise from your neighbors. There are better places

High class in a small town The complex is very well maintained and it´s obvisous that the staff is proud of the complex. It´s always quiet, staff is accommodating and SAFE. If you are going to move in, staff is a little difficult in allowing you to see your apartment ahead of time.

Good Place to live Clean, Free Heat when I lived there in the older Section. Applicances Worked but needed Upgrading in some areas. Carpet were Good Quality and Neutral Color. Parking was an issue sometimes, but nothing that did not last for more than a day. Near Mall, Near Wegmans, Near HWY 17.
