High class in a small town The complex is very well maintained and it´s obvisous that the staff is proud of the complex. It´s always quiet, staff is accommodating and SAFE. If you are going to move in, staff is a little difficult in allowing you to see your apartment ahead of time.

Good Place to live Clean, Free Heat when I lived there in the older Section. Applicances Worked but needed Upgrading in some areas. Carpet were Good Quality and Neutral Color. Parking was an issue sometimes, but nothing that did not last for more than a day. Near Mall, Near Wegmans, Near HWY 17.

amazing place to live i would highly recommend living here to anyone. i can´t say enough about the place. the management is top notch, the grounds are well kept, the prices are reasonable for the quality of what you get. before i moved in, the rug, which looked brand new, was cleaned

Great Experience from Day 1 I lived here for almost 1.5 years. It was a very good experience. I moved out only because of a job change. The staff is courteous. They are quick to fix problems. Emergency maintainence was quick to respond if there was a big problem. Apt is roomy and very spacious.
