Filthy Dump - I lived here about 2 years ago for a year. I am embarrassed that I ever decided to take residence here - it was a true lapse of good judgment and I beat myself up over that decision for a long time. It's cheap. Here's why: It's a dump. You can do much better! I lived here for a year during which I was a junior in college. It wasn't my first choice of apartments, but after several potential roommates bailed on me I had no choice but to find a place on my own. I was mainly attracted by the "all utilities included"
