Well maintained with a good community

The management is verygood - constantly making improvements to the grounds and facilities. They allow pets but you have to pay additional rent and security. They are a little more expensive than other places but the extra money is worth the maintenance - they take care of any problems immediately and before you move in they repaint and put in new carpets, cabinets and appliances. Kitchens are small. We are used to living in a house and are living here temporarily while we build and this has been a really pleasnt surprise.

Notice how this was written in 2003? Well it is 2009 now and the friendly staff and good maintenance is a thing of the past!
