This person who wrote this review is obviously misguided. However it was in 2004. Less than 5 years later the entire complex is nothing but a nightmare due mainly to a lousy manager. It seems this woman has no customer service skills what so ever. Hiring a new Maintenance Manager who is clueless does not help either.
