Rent hike PLUS now you are charged for heat

Place was reasonable when first moved in with the heat included in the rent...
However, when it was time to renew the lease...management gave barely 2 months notice on rent hike (which is expected) BUT also instead of heat being included..it was none being taken out of the monthly rent charge...so they collect a check for an OK space while you pay for water, sewer, electricity, AND now heat and hot water...what a rip off!!!
If there were noticeable changes and upgrades on the property this wouldn't be so bad...but there aren't!...
