I have read the last 3 reviews and can honestly say you guys are not living at the Sunset Gardens I know! I think that the mainteance workers even if they are new are very friendly and good at what they do. As for the pool read your leases it's an amentity that can be taken a way at any time. And at lease the pool is actually going to be fixed correctly this year thanks to new managment. As for the PM in the office she's nice, and is always helpful. Also, the interior and exterior of the community is always being cleaned especially by the "lazy office manager" I personaly have wittnessed her cleaning the fitness center and cleaning hallways, as well as laundry rooms, sweepting side walks and on more than one occasion she has been seen picking up the grounds with her maintenace crew. Work orders are always done complete and correct. I think this web site is a crock and should be taken off of the internet oh and those of you who are foolish and leave your email address on there should be ware that you can have a law suit put on you for what you write be careful your nastiness will come back to bite you. For anyone who is looking for an apartment this is a great community and I would recommend it! I've lived here from 2006-2009 and won't be leaving when my lease is up and it will include heat and hot water. With this economy who knows what winter heat costs will be..... And if your so miserable that you post these comments perhaps you should think about BUYING a house obviously renting isn't for you.....

Everything I posted was true. . . so bring any lawsuits you want - that's why I don't hide as "anonymous"; we have had nothing but MISERY here, due to the crazyness in a word. Prisoners while it's snowing for fear my car will be towed. I never said the MANAGER was lazy -- but will say, I saw her vaccuuming. I don't lie and that's why I sleep at night just fine. I heard about this site and was glad other people shared the same opinion as myself. This place was advertised as a peaceful community and we were hoping to stay for a while. But when the rent goes up and the service does not coincide - it's time to get a bigger place for the same money. The place is a circus. And I can speak for myself when I say I am not miserable to post things like this, just warning anyone who is willing to read it and believe us. People are 10 times more likely to talk about negative experiences than they are to talk about positive ones. Obviously you had time. . . like we did.
