Sunset Gardens is a really nice community. The parking can get a little strange but there is a total of 5 lots and people are lazy and are not willing to park somewhere that is not directly in front of thier apartment door. The new management company is nothing like Home Properties but it has its advantages. I cant wait to renew and get a decent late fee for once. Nothing like getting an extra $200 something dollars because your rent was one day late (Thanks Home Properties). The pool is finally being fixed and alot of things that Home Properties didnt address is finally getting taken care of as well. The Property manager is great she really does a great job and knows what she is doing. She is very respectful and very professional. I have enjoyed my time here and feel that this is a great place to be. If it werent for the crazy clique of residents that continually try to poison the well it would be even better. I have been to other communities in this area and this is by far the best i have been a part of. Keep up the great work!!!

The Crazy Clique this person is referring to.... is ALL the people that actually live at Sunset Gardens. The place is a dump. If professional means that you are cold, emotionless, demeaning, and passive aggressive then I would have to agree with you about the Property Manager. Hmmmm, If your late fee was $200 then that means your rent is $2000? This person's post is a joke!
