BEWARE!!!!!!!!! horrible service,management are lazy they treat you as though you are gold at first but thats just to get you to sign the lease once you do the fun begins the maintenance people are a joke me and a few others will be terminating our lease ASAP noise is ridiculous so is parking

NO ONE THAT REALLY LIVES HERE WOULD RECOMEND!!!! The place is a nightmare- the Property Manager is rude, unhelpful, and self serving. She talks the talk but does not deliver... The new owners fired everyone and kept her, BIG mistake! She is running this place into the ground!

great place Sunset Gardens is a really nice community. The parking can get a little strange but there is a total of 5 lots and people are lazy and are not willing to park somewhere that is not directly in front of thier apartment door. The new management company is nothing like Home Properties but

Who has time I have read the last 3 reviews and can honestly say you guys are not living at the Sunset Gardens I know! I think that the mainteance workers even if they are new are very friendly and good at what they do. As for the pool read your leases it's an amentity that can be taken a way
