Unprofessional Very unprofessional.. If you need something fixed it will NEVER get fixed.. The rent goes up while your still living there.. The landlord is VERY rude and doesn't do anything. It's a nice place but the service is terrible.

beautiful apartments! lived here for over a year never a problem with anything in my apartment. Huge kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. the living room and hall way are all extremely nice hard woods. My only compliant was with parking sometimes people would park in your spot but, it was fixed

Quiet I have been at Apple Ridge since March and I really like it. It is quiet and kind of in the country but close to 81 so I can get to work easily. The people are nice and the staff is great. I never have a problem gettting things fixed. I love my apartment and don't mind the price. I think

LOVE IT HERE I moved in here about a year ago and only planned ot be here for a year or so until I found a house or knew where I wanted to be. I ended up signing another year lease. I don;t know who thinks that the landlord is rude, the PROPERTY MANAGER is the easiest and nicest person to talk

DO NOT RENT HERE I have been at this apartment for quite a long time now and all of the visual pluses do not make up for the maintenance problems. In all reality, the housing department would probably condemn the place. There is never ANY water pressure, the water is typically a brown color
