Decent price for the area, decent apartment for the price - I've lived in Rolling Ridge for 6 months now, since September of 08. Worst Apartment Complex Around This place is a total nightmare. The walls are so thin that you can hear all your neighbors as if they were in the room next to you. The maintenance staff is a joke. Their idea of fixing something is to do a patch that doesn't fix the problem and then leave.
