I lived at Breckenridge for just over three years. I moved from out of the area and when I moved the apt's were clean, hallways were maintained, maintence was great and the grounds were kept very nicely. After approx 2 yrs new owners took over and it went down hill from there. The quality of renters and the apt's slowly got worse. Hallways dirty and smell, grass not mowed for days, snow not plowed several times during winter. Maintence was hard to come by and often did a poor job. You almost hated to call them because they made more of a mess of your apt than before they came. I always planned on mopping/wiping down walls after they left as they left crap all over the floor and handprints on walls. This is minor when you consider all the brake in's to car's,car's stolen, and stabbing with suspect hiding in basement of my apt building.Also the apt's aren't secure so in the winter especially plan on seeing people you don't know hanging around within the hallways just getting warm, smoking,etc. Long story short....stay away....run in the other direction!!!!!
