We had to call the code enforcement officer and attorney general's office to get heat in our apartments. They did not send someone out to fix it until the code enforcement officer was there. NO change with new property manager things still are not being done!!!! Rent should be half of what they charge since we do not get basic amenities. This place is horribly run and will most likely continue like this.
