This place is a horrible place to live. It is not worth the money at all. If you have an issue that needs fixed, plan on waiting awhile or having to keep bugging the manager. She is worthless as well. If she does not want to deal with you, she will avoid your call at all costs and often is not even in the office. Her appearance is something to wonder about as well. She is far from a professional. We had to actually call and file a complaint with the city because we had a serious problem with the water and she said there was no way she could get it fixed right away. Come to find out, this place has a stack of violations. I know that there are not fire walls between all townhouses and that there are squirrels that live between the walls. Often times I would be woken up in the middle of the night due to scratching. Then we actually had mice and we are very clean people. It is disgusting. The grounds are mowed once a month and the owner does not want to put any money into the place. The playground is not safe for children at all and often times cars are broken into and we were never notified. I know that for the price we paid there a better places with pools and playgrounds that children can actually enjoy not to mention not having to avoid huge piles of dog poop. The only benefit of living here would be the ability to have a dog or cat. Other then that it is the worst place we have ever stayed at and we were happy to get out of there. Oh and if you plan on getting your deposit back in a timely manner, forget about it. Trust me and run the other way.
