The last reviewer was right - This place is full of squirrels, unmowed lawns, plumbing and heating problems and there's beginning to be an issue with crime. Problems take months to solve.
That's not the rental agent's fault. It's the cheap jerk of an owner that won't allow her to do anything. She wants to help, but her hands are tied.
If you've got a problem, do three things:
1. SEND MAIL TO THE OWNER:

P.O. Box 560
Monroe NY 10950
2. COMPLAIN TO THE TOWN OF CLAY CODE ENFORCER.
This is the only way to get things done (and he KNOWS the owner of this dump is a slumlord).
3. DON'T BLAME THE RENTAL AGENT.
She is awesome, but she's not allowed to help.
