Brookwood

 

I am currently living in Brookwood and I can surely tell you that this isn't the place that you're looking for.

The office people doesn't care of whatever your situations are.

They simply lack of services and the whole place is just chaos.
Since I moved in last Sept.

I had problem with my gas range.

Out of 4 spots on the gas range, only one of them was working.

I called the office, it took them 2 days to take a look at my gas range, took them 2 weeks to fix the damn thing.

The other one hit recently that when I found out that my AC doesn't work.

It just blows the hot air straight from outside.

I called the office once again.

They were asking me if I took off the AC cover from outside.

Yes.

I am not stupid.

So the first time the technician comes over after a day and said that it needs to be replaced with a new one and apparently there was one shipment of ACs on that same Friday.

(It was tuesday when this happend.) So I waited till Friday to get my AC, all excitied and trying to get away from heat.

I came home, I found out that nothing was fixed or replaced.

I call the office next day for the second time, they said it was fixed and they didn't need a replacement.

I told them it's still the same as before, nothing was fixed, still blowing the hot air just like having a fan.

Then second time they come in, they told the office that it needs a new AC.

What the'!'!'! Why couldn't they figure it out what can be repairable and what can't be repairable' It's their fault for having some unexperienced technician because obviously they don't know what they are doing.

So I have been calling them and they said the ACs have been placed for order but they have NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL BE DELIVERED'!'!'! How can you not know your delivery date' Or at least approximately when you'll be expecting a delivery' I have been waiting for a damn month now and I can't stand it anymore.

I've had it with them.

How would they like to sit in a house with no AC in 90degree weather' Obviously to me, they don't care because they are sitting their --- down in ACed office, so they don't care what your situations are.

I am about to call the office tomorrow once AGAIN! and ask for some result on this case because this is just so bull ----.

I am paying my rent on time, then why am I not getting the service that I need to get' Why am I waisting my money on nothing that I don't get worth for' I've had it.

So if you're planning to move here, DON'T.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

PLEASE.

In response to the above post by "anonymous," I can only respond as follows: Brookwood on the Green has only electric ranges in all of its 340 apartments and/or townhouses. If the above individual is looking for a pretty little blue flame out of his or her electric range, we will not be able to accommodate this individual. As for the issue of needing an a/c, here too I am at a loss. We have taken delivery of 50 new a/c units this year and as of the date of this individuals post, as well as, even before this post was made, no tenant is without a working a/c. As a matter of fact, we have seven new a/c units in stock at this point in time, in case any tenant has one fail. The last request I show for an a/c to be replaced is on 07/17/06 by a tenant who has been with us for 17 years now and that was replaced with a new unit on 07/18/06. I can only assume that either this tenant lives at another complex like "Brentwood" or the post is fictitious in nature. As a side bar, like many apartment complexes we have a/c units in a thru-wall sleeve that can have a cover put on it during winter, at the tenant's request. That said, well over two-dozen tenants each year turn on their a/c units when it gets hot and it either blows hot air or does not come on at all. They then proceed to call in a work order and low and behold, the cover is still on or the circuit breaker inside their apartment is in the off position. We then remove the cover for them or flip the circuit breaker on and all is well. Yes, we do ask if the cover is off. On any given day I can ask a total stranger on any street in any city in America what they think of President Bush and get answers that are 180 degrees out from each other. One person may say he's the greatest president of all time and another may proclaim he is the antichrist come to earth. I highly doubt we carry the same prestige as the president. Yes, we will have many tenants that love us and we will have some that don't. Unfortunately, those that love us will either continue to live here and if they are leaving, they are either moving out of state, moving in with a new romance/roommate or purchasing a home. What reason would they have to visit this website? On the other hand, a handful of unhappy tenants will most likely stumble on this website if they are looking to move and stay within the Liverpool area. Ergo, most complexes should have negative comments unless they are having employees or good tenants post positive reviews on their behalf. I refuse to play that game. If you want positive references we have plenty of current tenants you can speak with so just stop by and see for yourself. You are also welcome to visit our website at www.brookwoodonthegreen.com. THATS ALL UR GONNA GET FROM SLUM LORDS LIKE THIS ASSH---! AND ABOUT THIS POST BEING FALSE??? LOLLL ITS THE SLUM LORD WHO IS "FICTICIOUS" IN NATURE! READ UR RATINGS U ---- HEAD! i laughed my butt of at the pr managers response, eve thou i dont know him, have heard things, i can tell u one thing, horrible place to live, rude staff, obviously this manager is oblivous to who works for him, they dont give a damn about ayone, they do whatever they want, ***WARNING** about this place, they let ANYONE live here, dont make the mistake, stay away
