I really wish I never moved here. I moved here because it said that heat and hot water is included; not true! Last winter I paid a heat surcharge and it went by square footage; but I hardly even used my heat! I was paying more than when I lived in a place that didn't include heat. On top of that we had to pay a surcharge for school
taxes. I have never heard of that before. I made a maintance request
and it took them 3 months to come and fix the problems. And we never got new screens in our windows after requesting them the entire time we lived there! They said that it took so long because there are too many apartments and not enough help. Not to mention I had a necklace sitting on my dresser that mysteriously disappeared! If you are a non smoker then don't go into the renters office. I only went to the
office once a month to drop off my rent check for 2 seconds and came out
smelling like I smoked a pack of ciggeretts! The only thing that I can't really complain about is they did do a good job when it snows they plow and shovel walks.
**Just as an update I moved out! The rude Management told us that it would only
take up to 60 days to get our deposit back We didn't get the deposit until over 90 days after we moved out. But I wasn't going to argue because I am finally done with that place!!!
