I do not know where to begin.

I have been here several years and and getting out ASAP!! First, heat and hot water is included.

Well let me say that last year we had to pay a freaking surcharge for school tax and heat surcharge.

WHAT'''' I dont even know how the hell they got away with it but guess what they did!! And every singel tentant had to deal with it and pay it!! I have soo many complaints that I do not know where to begin!! ---- what a joke- he is a complete --- and dont care about anyone or anything!! Nothing gets fixed.

They LIE and tell you that there is new siding and windows.

OKAY!! Check out ur floors, walls, etc.

My apartment floors are soo warped it is not funny!! And the balcony door!! Dont get me started.

I was told that when the building settled it caused the door to warp!! WELL FIX IT!! Hello, not to mention the wind whips right through the door!! I had to seal it for the winter months!! And the chaos!! Let me say that I feel like I live in a ghetto! This place is ---- and DONT EVEN CONSIDER LIVING HERE! RUN WHILE U CAN U WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME!!
