I needed 2 things in my apartment fixed so i called the office around 11 when i went to work and when i came home around 7 it was totally fixed.

i am very satisfied with my apartment and the service i got from the office and maint.

SUPER QUICK!

These apartments are ----!! We lived here for several years and ran!! Maintenance and office staff are horrible!! Rude, mean, and dont care. We had several things wrong in our apartment which were NEVER fixed. Construction has been going on for years and has not been completed! Buildings are suposed to be secure and are not due to the stupid constuction in which they are supposed to be improving the place. They came to put in new windows and did not even contact us!! We woke up to men outside our windows and on our balcony. What a way to wake up!! Tun quick from this place cus it sucks BIG TIME! Brook wood also rents to WHOM ever!! The place is filled with drug addicts and sex offenders!

Ha! My fiancee and I have lived in one the buildings for almost 2 years. It took Brookwood a year to fix our ceiling when it was leaking on our bed. Everytime something needed to be fixed, it takes them forever. We are actually still waiting for them to fix our breaker. Which broke two months ago. How long will it take this time?
