I live in a ranch apartment and its very quiet in my courtyard, never had any probblems with anyone, including office staff or employees. I had to have my heat repaired over the winter and the first time it didn't work right but they came back later that day and replaced my heat switch and I havnt had any problems siince. Nice neighborhood, only problem is the hooligans from saddleclub apartments next door, their kids run wild sometimes and they travel over here.
