Don't move here I made that mistake a month ago and now Im stuck trying to get things fixed and my basement is covered in mold after one week of moving in.

I had to call the general manager to get my electric fixed due to a short and the office wouldnt fix it.

The best thing they are rude at the office and refuse to give me my lease.

Dont make the same mistake I did find somewhere else to live.

When I contacted their main corporate office brookwoodcommunities.com my minor problem was resolved instantly. Several of the old maintenance people have been replaced recently as well and things seem quite nice now.
