The apartment is a good size, with decent appliances. Could use some more countertop space though. Biggest problems are loud neighbors and screaming children (both inside and out). The rental staff are semi-incompetent and the manager is always unpleasant and rude. It often takes a week or more to get ahold of anyone unless there's a routine maintenance problem. The one time our heat did stop working at 11 pm at night, we were able to get someone here to fix it within an hour or two. Not worth the rent - you can get other 2 bedrooms for a lot less. Overall decent place to live, but I can't wait to buy a house!
