Maintanence not helpful, problem with air conditioning, they state close your blinds. If I have the temp set at 72 it shouldnt be 80 with the ac on!!! They come in and out of the apartments when they choose with no notification. Tub has multiple cracks, maintanence states "normal". Mold in the ceiling above the shower (painted over) Management does not keep the same rules for all tenants. If you pay, you can make all the noise and break all the rules you want. Criminal activity is high in the summer... car in front of building was broken into and was almost stolen (car didnt run) Liked old management...the new management is not very helpful. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet and honest place to live.

I thank candlelight apts are nice is some ways they take a while to fix things in your apartment. the managers are not very nice always ynpleasant .they need new girls, and also they need to make sure that the grounds are safe. tampering with people things. ask a lot of question before you move in. of course they,ll lie lie lie.

Now I've been living here for 8 years and I never heard about anyone trying to steal a car in front of one of our buildings... what year would this have been? And yes there has been crime (also in my building), but that is normal everywhere. As for the maintenance, thats how anyone fixes mold, and the ac shouldn't be such a big problem (so what if you have to turn the thermostat down a little to get the telp you want), they always leave a note to say they were in the apartment even if they don't notify ahead of time, and cracks in the tub ARE normal as long as it doesn't leak. How do tenents get different treatment also??
