The apartments have blue carpets and light gray/blue walls-- not very neutral!
There were lots of bugs (ants, spiders, weird flying bugs, etc.) and mold--w/ a funky smell! NOT to mention the mice we had!
When I moved in I had a list of things that needed to be fixed right off the bat. Problems with the heat.
The stove is tiny (apartment size stove) and the faucets were loaded with hard water deposits. Very gross looking.
My roommate's car was broken into within the first week of moving in.
Very noisy! The ceiling and floors sound like they're made of paper. And there is a constant dripping sound from the pipes in the walls (makes it hard to sleep).
Their "state of the art" gym is a JOKE!! It may have been state of the art 40 years ago!
Def. not worth the money!
