When we moved to Charter Oaks things were okay but eventually there were problems. The staff of the apartments was very unfriendly (mainly the manager) and some of the hired lifegaurds for the pool were very unprofessional. Also a very expensive item was stolen from our car. The workout room- wait it wasn't even that. It was filled with few workout items and cobwebs (indicating that it was pretty much never used. Bugs are the worst enemy of a tennant and we had them. There were junebugs crawling in our cupboards and ants and spiders evrywhere. I would find at least 5 ants everyday. So take my advice never ever move here.
