I recently was offered a job nearby and Charter Oaks was recommended by the human resource dept. I am so pleased they gave me the lead. It turns to be a quiet, well-run place to settle for awhile. I don't see many children and the residents are all courteous and friendly as well as the staff. Seems to be mostly young professionals and maybe some divorced people also. I would recommend it to anyone moving in to the area
