We lived at Charter Oaks 12 years ago and they have the exact same manager and she is wonderful!!! This apartment complex is not infested with bugs and I remember having ants one time in cabinets and they came and exterminated and it was done. Turned out next door neighbor threw a lollipop on top of her cabinets and ants came over to our kitchen. No ones fault. Just some of the things you and everyone will encounter in apartment living next to so many people (who come and go). We live in a house and even with excellent house keeping we have gotten seasonal ants a few times and just need to caulk where they are getting in. Wendy is an excellent manager and takes care of every problem immediately for anyone. I don't believe that she would discriminate against anyone. She was just the nicest person to deal with and did not feel like she was our nagging landlord, just a friend, very professional.... Charter Oaks is THE best apartment complex in the whole area. It is one of the most comfortable apartments around "BECAUSE" of Wendy and the excellent owners who give freely "$$$" to decorate the grounds, nice gym. We loved living there :) Dave and Ronna
