I am only here to tell the truth about this rotten , awful place to live in Liverpool. The pictures of Charter Oaks look appealing and is the reason I moved there so dont be fooled cause if you sign a lease, YOUR MAKING THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE. The manager is out for your money in any way possible and will lie to you to be sure she gets it. If something in the apartment stops working or breaks, guess what, it's your fault and you are paying for it. The manager does the carpet installation and pockets the cost for that as well, the fitness center is as far from state of the art as it gets, the picnic areas are rusted out grills and warped picnic tables and let me tell you, the tennis courts are a joke as the concrete is cracked everywhere. The maintenence guys are pretty cool and hard working but only do what they are allowed by management. Oh, and your security deposit, LOL, that is history the moment it hits her hand, trust me !!!! Cars are broken into regularly so take my advice and save yourself the heartache and dont call this unprofessional landlord cause you will be respected elsewhere. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
