i have lived at clayton manor for 3 years now and although i agree that carol can be abrasive at times i have never really had any diffculty getting things fixed and my rent has only gone up $5 for the year. considering that syracuse in general is not the safest place to live and many of the available apartments are old homes or pretty shabby complexes clayton manor is not so bad. it is safe, clean quiet and i feel comfortable there. there could be some updates on the apartments and perhaps carol does need an attitude adjustment at times, but clayton manor is a nice place to live overall and i feel ok about being there.
