I have lived in Clayton Manor for almost a year now and have not had any problems. I "feel" what people say about Carol in the front office, but I have never had a negative conversation with her. She has always been friendly with me and my family. At the same time, I have never asked for anything in terms of repairs. I've never really needed anything. So, either the apartments and appliances are in great shape or I got lucky. I think it's probably a bit of both. I have two children who are very loud and the neighbors have never complained. This tells you how well insulated things are and how low the noise level is. 1100 square feet for around 750 - 800 dollars a month is not too shabby.
