They are renovating to make things look nice, but the townhomes are old. They never replace bathtubs, they paint over black mold. Manager is not the nicest person in the world. If you can't afford to live anywhere else, this is the place. Some of the people that live here are not the most educated or open-minded. There are a few nice folks, but they are hard to come by. You can hear your neighbors through the thin walls. I hope I never have to live in a place like this again.

I agree with you. Our bath tub didn't have a drain plug so to give our son a bath we had to use a wash cloth to plug the hole. The sinks were always clogged. The manager was impersonal and unfriendly at times. She always would leave signs on your door or in your mail box instead of face to face or phone confrontation. They try to get you for your security deposit upon leaving and will actually repair their run down town homes at your expense. They tried to use a collection scare on us but we fought it off. They wanted to put in new rugs, new paint, etc... and we lived there for just a year. I'd never live at a place like this again myself. It was terrible. Snow removal also was slow.
