This place was OK at first and then quickly became decrepit. The bathtub plug was non-existent so I had to use wash cloths as a make shift plug so my son could bathe. You can hear almost everything going on next door including toilet flushing, bathing, and water running. If you're lucky you even hear voices and intimate sounds.

The landlord was rude and non personal. She left big bags with smiley faces on your door to signal some type of issue. Way to let the neighborhood know. Getting things fixed was slow and sometimes took multiple calls and tries. When you move out they will try to keep your security deposit and charge over that to renovate their apartments. They just went through a new ownership while we were living there.

They removed one side of garbage cans. Now the garbage cans are clear around the building which means you have to load your car with garbage and drive it in the winter months. Snow removal is slow and a nightmare. There is no porch or sidewalk removal that is up to the tenant which makes living there a nightmare for postal workers if a neighbor isn't shoveling as they should.

Did I mention you have to mail in your rent via priority mail with delivery confirmation' Yeah. They don't allow you to drop it off anymore since the ownership change. They tried to charge us over a thousand dollars on top of our security deposit to renovate their apartments. New rugs, new paint, etc... It didn't happen we fought and won.

This is a terribly unsafe, unrealistic place to live. For the rising price, rude service, and the scam artist maneuvers upon moving out you can do much better in Liverpool/Syracuse.
