Live any where in liverpool other than choosing to stay in this complex and deal with the worst possible management which makes you feel dumb and worthless and are very degrading in whatever dealing they do with you.
They will paint very rosy and friendly picture when you go there for rent,but soon you will realise that their BAD dealing will outwiegh whatever beautifull roads and lake they boast of.
On the whole , you may find whatever they offer in other apartment complexes, but their degrading and downgrading dealing is unparalleled and hard to find.

I couldn't agree with you more. I did not live there, but I tried to apply and I dealt with the worst possible man. He was completely unprofessional!!!

I agree absolutely! Rose colored glasses come off shortly after you sign your name to your lease and call for maintenance.
