Harborside Manor is a good value, I lived there for 2 years. The maintenance team does a great job, in the winter the parking lots and driveways are plowed quickly, the staff is helpful, the residents are good people---a mixture of couples, families with 1 or 2 children, and a few older people. It is located in a good school district and is convenient to 81 and Carousel Center without being too close for comfort.
