WAY too expensive, I have found out. I live in a basement ("garden level" they call it), where it's always smelling of mold and mildew- I have to keep my self-purchased dehumidifier running 24/7. There are lots and lots of kids running about all the time, especially the summer. The area id pretty safe though- I've never had any security problems. The maintenance people are wonderful, but sometimes certain members of the office staff can be nasty and snotty.

I couldn't agree more! I lived in the basement for a few months and experienced the same mold and mildew smell. Then, the apartment actually flooded so I moved upstairs, which is better. The maintenance people are nice however the front desk people are inconsiderate, rude and not very intelligent. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Stay away!!!
