I would recommend NOT coming to Harborside!! The office staff is HORRIBLE and RUDE and they make you feel very uncomfortable and afraid to call and ask for anything or put a work order in!! It takes an act of god to get something replaced here they like to just keep putting band aids on things that are broke instead of just replacing them. Be careful of what you say around the office staff because before you know it the whole complex knows your business and WTF is this ---- about a friggin water bill' What a bunch of BULLSH*T!!! Don't let them them fool you when they say HEAT INCLUDED...watch out for the ridiculous heat surcharge! The buildings are noisy and you can't fart without your neighbors knowing it! God forbid if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor because then you hear everything that goes on above you and every little footstep...it sounds like the floor is going to cave in!!! If you are even considering moving here RUN...like HELL!!!!
